York RLFC Foundation After School Rugby Club @ Lord Deramore’s Primary School (Years 2, 3 & 4) (June/July 24)


Introduction into Primary Rugby League for mixed abilities for both boys and girls.

Please note all sessions will be non-contact based and take place on school grounds.

Sessions will take place every Monday on the dates listed below, for boys and girls in school years 2, 3 and 4 – limited places (places given on first come first served basis).

All sessions will run from 3.15 - 4.15pm.  Dates are as follows: 3rd June, 10th June, 17th June, 24th June, 1st July and 8th July.

Each week is themed and will help to develop movement skills around a specific technique, for example how to correctly hold a Rugby ball.

All participants are asked to wear sports clothing simular to that worn for PE and remove all jewlery.

Sessions may be held indoors or outdoors depending on the facilities available at the school and weather conditions.

Please ask children to come prepared and dress accordingly to the weather forecast.

A water bottle is also advised for the sessions.

York RLFC Foundation Holiday Activity Summer 2023 (3rd Aug - 4th Sept)

Our Summer holiday Multi - Sports Camps offer children with mixed abilities the opportunity to engage in multi sports for both boys and girls. Each day camp will consist of a variety of sports and games as we look to make the holiday period fun, engaging and informative. The camps will take place both indoors and outdoors so please wear suitable clothing and footwear, and please bring a water bottle.

Every child who attends will be offered a free meal. If you do not wish for them to have a meal, then please send them with a packed lunch.

Sessions will take place on the dates listed below. Places are limited and will be given on a first come first served basis.
